Monthly Direct Debit - timing of Annual Review
Each year I have an issue with the company wanting to increase my monthly Direct Debit payment in the Spring (April/May), when I have always requested that the annual review be done in the Autumn, at the end of summer period when consumption falls and the a/c is in balance. It is frustrating having to write in and explain this every year, in order to prevent the DDR being changed without my agreement. That said, every one of the Customer Service advisers who deals with my query, is unfailingly polite, helpful, understanding and accommodating to my request, so that at the end of the day a satisfactory resolution is always achieved. This year it was WALIDE who responded to my email and his service was excellent.
