I gave a meter reading today and a photo and Jemma S,was very polite and helpful.
I have submitted readings a little late sometimes. The readings still go through. I do them on time now.
I have had touble with my meter reading until Lou helped me and explained i needed to take a photo of the whole meter which i did not know i had to do. Lou was very helpful and got me sorted stright away between emails

We had a problem with verifying our meter. We rang Good Energy and spoke to Jemma S. Jemma was patient, helpful and friendly on the phone. She went the extra mile and efficiently sorted the problem out, e mailing us to confirm that she had done what she said she was going to do.

Whilst enquiring about another matter it was discovered that Good Energy required further information about about my battery installation due to Ofgem FiT regulations, that could only be supplied by my MCS installer. Good Energy handled this very efficiently, professionally & seamlessly, even liaising with my installer after I'd contacted them.

Very prompt and helpful reply from Donna - on a Sunday! This was for a review of my credit balance accrual and direct debit calculation. The reason that I am not giving all 5 stars is that I think Good Energy should have reviewed these things automatically rather than waiting for me to query them. But generally speaking I am a happy customer, and very glad to be able to power my home (and car) in a sustainable way.

Absoulute joke having solar panels for 8 plus years to now be told the serial number for the meter does not match there records!!! Waited in for 4 hrs as they were coming to verify the meter and nobody showed. Not even a courtesy phone call or email.
I had an email back from Lou to say she had entered my FIT details. In fairness to her she was very polite and dealt with it promptly, considering that the email I sent to here was short having had a really frustrating experience trying to upload a meter reading on the app where I got locked out.
