I wasn't being charged for electricity.
I wasn't being charged for electricity as my metre apparently couldn't be read by Good Energy. Unfortnuately nothing was done by them for nearly 3 months so I contacted Good Energy asking them to please sort it out. I received a phone call from Matt (Matthew) - Home Team C who was very friendly, understanding and courteous and was able to re-assure me that this would be sorted as soon as possible with a new meter to be fitted to resolve the problem and that I wouldn't be receiving a huge bill.
