Complaint that turned into a compliment
I called Good Energy this morning because I had been unable to submit my FIT readings for March and June. I usually send an email with the attachment of the meter reading, however, I kept getting a bouce back email saying it was undeliverable. So, next thing, I downloaded the app. Again, not successful, so I called and spoke to Manashi, what a lovely lady. Manashi explained that the reading wasn't accepted because the reading was too high being as I missed the March deadline. I knew that was likely to be the case but what I didn't realise was that the decimal point needs to put in the reading. Well, you learn something everyday! Then, Manashi also queried why the emails were bouncing back. It transpired that my emails were going to fit@goodenergy and not to hello@goodenergy. Manashi explained that the former email address is no longer in use. Anyway, Manashi has said that she has put my reading through and I should receive payment in September. Thank you Manashi for calmly taking your time and resolving my query.
