I received notice that my Direct Debit was being increased just a few weeks after my husband died. I replied explaining the situation, though I thought the increase would still happen. Instead I received an email from Jemma saying that she had deleted the increase. I was happily surprised. Than you.

For Nessa, a five star review. Previously, I had trouble getting this account into my name after inheriting from my mum who had dementia and the meter had not been read for two years. I had to get my solicitor to sort this out as you didn’t seem to believe me. For that part of my experience you get barely a single star.
