Just rubbish
Just rubbish. We have never been able to set up a direct debit online on the website. We keep up with our payments on a monthly basis but they chase you in a manner that verges on harassement. Recently received a debt collection letter for a two figure sum less that 30 days since our last payment. My partner is bombarded with emails and calls. We're moving house so no point leaving now - but we will never consider them again.
