I called the help desk for the requirement for changing my faulty fit generating meter. Rousing was very helpful on the phone and sent me a mail quickly with all the the information required. After the meter was changed and I sent in the information required, rousing sent a reply saying everything was fine and I am now ably to send in my fit readings. When I moved I did briefly consider switching supplier, but Good Energy has been so helpful over the years that it did not take long for me to decide to stay with them. They provide prompt and fantastic customer service, including the help I had today from Natasha.

I had a problem with finalising my readings and account payments after moving house. After an email raising my concerns, Natalie sorted this out within 24 hours.

McLean in Home Team A went out of their way to persevere and resolve an unusual problem. It occurred following a visit by a meter reader wearing aftershave which unfortunately brought on an asthma attack. I feel happy that the procedure that has now been put in place should stop this happening again.
