Great energy company. Offers fully green energy unlike others that claim to but in reality don't really. Always receive good communication from them about both my account and current projects. Recently emailed a query which was resolved fully and politely by Chloe (Home Team C). She took my suggestions on board made suggestions of her own and then made the changes I requested. No problem at all. Would definitely recommend this company and often do.

Good Energy manages my Feed In Tarrif account. They are easy to contact and keep me updated on the industry. Good Energy is very much concerned with environment issues and are a " green energy" company. My recent contact with customer services was to verify my meter status. There was a problem as I am not a techo person, being older generation. Customer services, namely, Gifty was helpful in resolving my problem. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for Good Energy for the service I have received.

We've recently had solar panels installed through G.E; the expereince, through Harriet has been really good, very helpful, also we have worked trough Nessa to reduce our bills, as we have built up a fair sized credit over te years. Again, she was very helpful in explaining everything

Gifty was super helpful with transferring our Good Energy account to our new home! It would have been great if the process had been more automated, but Gifty's service via email was highly responsive, super friendly and very helpful and clear.

Manashi dealt with my request efficiently and courteously which is much appreciated and service like this makes me want to stay with Goodenergy when I move as it has far better customer service than other providers in my experience

I had an enquiry about using the Smart Meter monitor and Chloe dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

I requested a refund as my account was in considerable credit. I immediately received a very helpful and polite reply from OLAYEMI confirming the refund and that I would receive it in the near future.

I needed advice about remotely taking a meter reading because I live far from where the meter is. Natalia replied promptly and offered several good suggestions.

I had a query about billing so emailed a question first thing Sunday morning. Got a really helpful reply from Donna M within hours which answered my question and went further to help me sort out the issue too. I'm left completely happy.

I have had various administration issues with Good Energy regarding my export of solar power to them. Natalia has resolved my recent, and hopefully final, issue in a friendly, efficient, prompt and professional way. The 5 stars are for Natalia.
