I have been dealing with Roisin over the last couple of months, she has been very helpful and understanding good team member at Good Energy i would think.
I contacted Good Energy regarding changing my wife's name on the fit register as it was under her maiden name. Lou contacted me telling me the process of how I could do this. I emailed a copy of our marriage certificate and within a day Lou managed to change my wife's name on the fit register. Very happy with the service given.

I needed specific information on my expenditure on gas month by month over a 3 year period 2021 to 2023, for complicated reasons. Kingsley grasped the situation immediately and came up with two options for giving the data. I opted for one which entailed manually listing all the charges month by month, to be sent in an email. The email arrived within an hour of my call. He also offered to provide the other option if required. Excellent service.

Lou followed up on a previous response to my query about my change in usage and the variable charges involved which was (probably!) answered by AI - nothing wrong in that, as it was helpful. But Lou responded to my more specific queries and was even more helpful.
I had a complicated situation that I understood required the involvement of the DNO. For two years, I was essentially passing messages between the DNO and GE. Connor put in a lot of invaluable work liaising with the DNO and trying to find out what information the DNO required that they claimed was missing (codes etc.) The DNO maintained that there had been no contact. Had I not in the end had to raise a complaint with both the DNO and GE in order to get the issue sorted out this would be a 5 star review for Connor's work. Had I not believed (rightly or wrongly) that it was the DNO being obstructive it would be less than 4 stars. But thank you Connor for resolving the issue.
I really liked good energy, but they made some big errors that have cost me after moving house. Great customer service, but just useless when it comes to helping me manage my payments - I thought the bill was too low but they said not. Then it turns out I owed them hundreds even though I'd told them it was too low. Then to compound matters the smart meter stopped working, it took over 4 months to sort out and they sent out endless contract engineers to my house and in the end they just needed to activate some setting remotely to get it to work - in the meantime it meant my readings were off and added more to my arrears.
Had an issue with the site so emailed for some help. Donna came back to me and sorted it within 24 hours. Good service.
