I emailed to request a refund as my account was in credit. Gifty responded speedily and informed me that I could have a larger refund than expected, and that my direct debit could be reduced. Result!

We switched to Good Energy a few months ago, and so far their customer service has been exceptional, compared to other providers. Olayemi has gone the extra mile to sort out a problem for us, and has kept us informed along the way by sending regular updates. The polite and respectful approach has also been most welcome and refreshing.
I needed help and emailed my query in. Manashi responded to my query promptly and professionally and actioned my request.
I have had an issue with my FIT payments since the company that fitted my solar batteries after I had solar panels fitted, went out of business. Good Energy required a diagram of proof of the battery set-up and Manishi at Good Energy guided me through the process. My FIT payments have now been restored and the professional way in which Manishi handled the situation deserves the highest praise.
I contacted Good Energy by email and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Kristina over the bank holiday weekend. She was very helpful in resolving my query and updating account details.
Spoke with Matt in Home team C today, and he was so helpful. i could have done what i needed on the website, but just wasnt up to it today - but Matt talked me through everything clearly and helpfully and sorted it all on the phone without any pressure to do it on the website at all. A rarity these days! Got a full refund on my credit balance and a reduction in direct debit monthly fee. All round excellent service!
Arran Souza was extremely friendly and professional, Arran helped me how to check my meter reading since I couldn’t find it among all the ones existing on my building and allow me to give a meter reading after a long time. I finally set up a direct debit something that will give me less things to worry about.

We joined Good Energy because of their good ethics, alongside competitive pricing. I recently saw that our account was quite substantially in credit and have had a positive experience of email exchanges with Arran. He looked into our account and made some helpful suggestions, made sure that payments were up to date, and issued a refund. His whole manner was professional, helpful and warm. Very happy with the service.

When ringing Good Energy, I have always found their staff polite and helpful. Yesterday's experience was no exception, but it was truly exceptional how McLean of Home Team A dealt with my unusual request there and then. No "We'll get back to you" or "I'll pass it on to...", no "I'll just put you on hold". McLean just kept the line open while he worked through how to get the information that I required from their system, and I received an email confirming it while we were talking. Why can't all companies treat their customers this way? First class!
I was assisted today on the phone by Rob Ellison. He quickly understood my problem and dealt with it in a professional and effective manner. Rob was quick, efficient and always polite.

I had a massively over estimated monthly bill ( greater than my annual estimate infact… algorithms eh? ) I contacted good energy via email and had Nessa respond, it was really good to just deal with one person and not have to re explain myself, I am autistic do can get very stressed by stuff like this. Nessa resolved my issue swiftly and kept me in the loop, I hugely appreciate this.
