I have been with Good Energy for almost 10 years for my feed in tariff, the service has been great and now everything can be done on the mobile app so it is even easier including meter verification which Manashi kindly confirmed for me. Great company with a good ethos.

Having had trouble with the App yesterday I couldn't verify my meter so contacted Good Energy to let them know. It was Sunday evening so I didn't expect a reply until Monday. Much to my surprise a lovely lady called Kristina e mailed me straight back, explained the problem and what I had to do and helped me until it was sorted. On a Sunday Evening. Great service.

We had a problem submitting photos online for our meter verification. I sent an email on a Sunday afternoon, and to be honest did not expect a reply until Monday. Within 30 minutes it was all cleared up. Thank you Donna M for prompt and a helpful service.

As a mature male I don't do Apps so struggled to access and send information to Good Energy but with the help of Nessa it was easy.
Overall I'm very happy with the service provided by Good Energy - I only use them with my feeding tariff and I've never had any problems. I've recently had to verify my meter with them, I received an email telling me that this was due, so I logged onto my account but instructions on how to verify my meter weren't clear - I didn't really want to download an app that I would only use about 4 times a year, so contacted the customer service and received a very fast response including an email address to enable me to verify the meter. It's a bit of a shame this wasn't included in the original email from them 😕
My FIT account has been with Good Energy for 12 years now and I've always found the team there very helpful on the rare occasion I've needed assistance. However, whilst attempting to verify my meter account this saturday afternoon, I encountered a problem with my meter (not really a Good Energy Issue). I submitted a request for advice, expecting a reply on monday and by return, I received a reply from Gifty A ( a remote engineer) with advice which enabled me to put my meter right. Amazingly quick and helpful response - THANK YOU
