Web page was easy to locate and gave clear directions for contact with the firm. Instructions were succinct. My F.I.T reading was submitted and an e-mail ame back advising reading had been accepted.
When i sent my last reading in, i accidently transposed two figures. Rather than shouting at me, i had a pleasant message from Alysia asking me to check and when i did, she was able to provide a corrected bill very quickly. Very impressed with Good Energy.
My previous review of Good Energy was 18th April, 2020, so I guess it’s time for another review - I’ve been a customer of GE for a lot of moons, back in the days when they were Unit[e], so a very long time. Nothing has changed and still a good service - if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I would like to see another Bond released.
Good energy have been a great supplier for me with their cost value and ecological ethics. I also had a meter reading issue to resolve during a house move and my clean energy specialist Poppy was excellent at both resolving the issue promptly and clear email communications making things a lot let stressful.
Apart from waiting approximately 10 minutes, the response received from the Good Energy Clean Energy Specialist was superb. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I subsequently received a follow up email within minutes to confirm our conversation.
A friend has been trying to sort out a problem with her electricity company. She is convinced that "Jilly" who replies to her messages is a robot who keeps sending the same irrelevant material. I have had the opposite experience at Good Energy. Millie, and now Hannah, are certainly real people who have been endlessly patient with me even when I got confused between a fuse box and a metre! Their patience and understanding and skill at explaining are outstanding. Thank you
I've been with Good Energy for the last decade, and they have always been great, you never have to wait and the people on the phone like lovely Rachel H from Home Team A are always competent and helpful. If Good Energy promise to do something on the phone - you can trust them do follow up.

I think Good Energy should have warned me before sending my acc credit back to my bank but Gifty has remedied the problem for me, so well done!
I emailed one evening for a rebalancing of my account, which was heavily in credit, and by the next day Gem C had arranged a refund and a new amount for my direct debit. Impressive!

I've been with Good Energy for decades now and this is just another example of the service I get. Titilope answered my email within a couple of hours and is processing the refund of credit that I had built up. Really easy. No hassle. Done by email rather than a convoluted web form or chatbot.
