I called the help desk for requirements to change my faulty fit meter
I called the help desk for the requirement for changing my faulty fit generating meter. Rousing was very helpful on the phone and sent me a mail quickly with all the the information required. After the meter was changed and I sent in the information required, rousing sent a reply saying everything was fine and I am now ably to send in my fit readings.
