I’ve been a customer of Good energy since their very early days. It’s a bit annoying my readings always need to be photo verified and I’ve tried to correct them my system is bigger than what they have got recorded on file but otherwise there a good bunch and I’ll be moving my energy supply to them as soon as I can get a smart meter fitted
Good Energy noticed I had misread my meter and would have a huge bill, so they rang me to let me know and arranged for someone to read my meter, then they adjusted my bill accordingly. Good Energy staff are always very courteous,patient and helpful, which is why I never think of changing supplier.
Finally took the plunge to smart metering after a long period of hesitations, in good part thanks to the advice received from Olay in GE Customer Service. I can now track energy consumption away from home thanks to the GE app which records usage on a 0.5h basis - and therefore provides reassurance when away.
An excellent experience when I signed up with Good Energy. Gifty, their Customer Advisor, was first class and gave plenty of valuable advice and assistance. Every company should have a Gifty working for them!

I wrote asking for a refund of the excess money they are holding in my account last night and have already had a reply saying they have arranged repayment. That is excellent news for me but also shows what a quick , no questions asked, response from Good Energy and thanks to Khadija for arranging it.

Having moved house, for some reason I had a misread on the opening reading on my gas meter. This meant that I had been overcharged by almost £140. I contacted Rachel H (Home Team A) who was so helpful and professional. She corrected the reading and adjusted my bill, all within 24 hours. Very impressive.
