Driver was not at airport to collect: this is the service paid for and was not received. No apology or recognition that he should have been there and gave the impression that this was standard procedure for him which wasn’t what we’d wanted when arriving exhausted in the middle of the night. We had to track him down by phone and wait for him to arrive -flight was on time and collection of our bags was timely ... and other drivers from other companies were waiting for their passengers ... so no excuse is valid.. No idea if this is the norm for this company but it’s clearly the norm for this driver.
