Amazingly quick help on a Weekend
My FIT account has been with Good Energy for 12 years now and I've always found the team there very helpful on the rare occasion I've needed assistance. However, whilst attempting to verify my meter account this saturday afternoon, I encountered a problem with my meter (not really a Good Energy Issue). I submitted a request for advice, expecting a reply on monday and by return, I received a reply from Gifty A ( a remote engineer) with advice which enabled me to put my meter right. Amazingly quick and helpful response - THANK YOU
