Can’t contact Customer Service Venue and Seats Moved
Tried calling the customer service line - no answer all day - Gigantic moved SMTown to O2 and moved our seats to an unacceptable position completely, My daughter cannot sit at high level and we have been reallocated seats on a high level - can’t make contact with them. Emailed and have received no response. Absolutely dreadful experience.
