So far so good, great price and easy site to navigate

Had a policy with Geoffrey when I sold my car they were unable to offer me a new policy even though it was a newer car when I tried to cancel the policy the representative said I would have to pay a cancellation fee of £72 I refused and lodged a complaint, they phoned me back later that day the representative was very helpful and cancelled the policy without having to pay the fee so I would say they are a good company to deal with they seem to resolve any issues quickly

Easy to manage hope they are as efficient if I need to make a claim in the future.
From the beginning to the end took less than 15 minutes very friendly company and polite they made me feel they had everything covered to my satisfaction I would definitely recommend this company.

Customer services wont do anything for you just transfer you around the world until you loose faith and give up. Worst insurance company I've ever delt with. Hardly anyone speaks english and is unable to help you.
Found getting my vehicle insured with Geoffrey insurance easy and hassle and also very reasonable priced would recommend to friends and family 👍

Do not use this company unless you mind paying extortionate admin fees if you need to change anything on the insurance (e.g. house, car etc.) or cancel due to selling car. Absolutely ridiculous high fees. Would not recommend.
