Had a policy with Geoffrey when I sold my car they were unable to offer me a new policy even though it was a newer car when I tried to cancel the policy the representative said I would have to pay a cancellation fee of £72 I refused and lodged a complaint, they phoned me back later that day the representative was very helpful and cancelled the policy without having to pay the fee so I would say they are a good company to deal with they seem to resolve any issues quickly
