I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. Having cruised many times this our first time dealing with Galaxy cruises. I can only say that it’s one of the most efficient friendly companies I have dealt with. I am certain this is mostly due to Brian the cruise consultant, he seemed to know what I was going to ask before I did. The communications were so knowledgeable and all queries were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I know my cruise is a long way off yet but if this initial experience is anything to go by everything should be plain sailing.(excuse the pun) Thankyou

We have just booked a cruise and stay via this company. I am very impressed by the service recieved from Adam, who must have the patience of a saint!! The way the company operate is also helpful - I gave an outline of what we were looking at & our queries and Adam then sent an email with information and called back to discuss it. I found it really helpful to have the details in front of me when discussing the options. I was able to share the information when discussing with my friend which was good. The booking process was straightforward and I feel nothing is too much trouble for Adam to deal with and I suspect little would faze him! The cost of the trip, including extras, was by far the best quote too. Based on my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company & Adam - and I would certainly use them if cruising in future.
