My first booking with Galaxy was easy to accomplish. After seeing the cruise with flights and stopover that we wanted on their website I made a booking by phone. Brian was very helpful and sorted out our return flight to accommodate a private extension in Sydney.

Never having any business with Galaxy Cruises in the pass I was on my guard for any potential issues. However I'm very pleased to say that Brian and Ashley from the Sales team were extremely responsive to my enquiries. Brian was my main contact and did have extensive knowledge of his subject. I would not hesitate to do business with this organisation for future cruises.

We had never used this cruise company before, and we were booking a long haul flight with a cruise, so we were nervous initially. But right from the initial contact, Brian Smith was fabulous.
