I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. I cannot praise Brian enough, he was polite, friendly and amazingly went the extra mile for us when our booking hit a snag ! I had complete trust in Brian, he made me feel so secure especially as the booking was becoming derailed though no fault of his or ours ! He was reassuring and tried everything he could to rectify the situation . We will be forever grateful to him for saving the day and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
