Having cruised many times this our first time dealing with Galaxy cruises. I can only say that it’s one of the most efficient friendly companies I have dealt with. I am certain this is mostly due to Brian the cruise consultant, he seemed to know what I was going to ask before I did. The communications were so knowledgeable and all queries were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I know my cruise is a long way off yet but if this initial experience is anything to go by everything should be plain sailing.(excuse the pun) Thankyou
