I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. I had absolutely no experience of booking a cruise before, you Kevin went over and above to answer every question, of which there were many. Thanks to Galaxy Cruises I have booked an amazing 11 day cruise to 6 islands, within my budget, I have never been to before which was important, for my very big birthday.

Adam has been incredibly helpful and patient whilst making our booking through Galaxy Cruises. I’ve quizzed the life out of him to ensure we were happy with the booking and made several changes. Having looked at several other options for our trip next year I am confident that Adam has provided us with the best trip at great value with as much included as possible.

We cruise on a regular basis using various companies and discovered Galaxy Cruises via a promotion in a daily newspaper. There is always a degree of wariness when dealing with a different company especially one which is relatively new. However, my fears were totally unfounded and the booking process provided by Adam was quick and efficient. There were a couple of phone calls but most of the communication was done by email giving us time to consider the different options. From noticing the promotion in the newspaper at 2.00pm the package was finalised and the deposit paid by 8.00pm. All documentation was emailed 2 hours later at 10.00pm. An all round excellent service and at no point during the process did we feel pressurised. Many thanks Adam.

I had never used Galaxy before but I was very pleased with the package and price. Adam was very helpful and pleasant. I particularly liked that he was prepared to communicate by email as I hate being pressurised over the phone. Much better to have time to think about best options.

Hello Ziya was very polite and helpful I had forgotten my payment was due & I hadn’t arranged the money so he said he would call back the following day which gave me a chance to get my finances in order I also couldn’t find the email so he resent it to me to let me know how much I still had to pay
