I knew exactly the package holiday and cruise that I wanted. After several attempts to agree and confirm the package with other cruise companies I eventually contacted Ziya at Galaxy Cruises. He was very patient and understood my every need and he was polite as he completed the requirements. He ensured all the detail was as I requested in a very professional manner. Japan cruise

Brian made the booking of our Japan holiday cruise very easy. He got us the best price and was very helpful at every stage of the booking. Would highly recommend.

Ricky is a Saviour if you a late booker like me

I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. It was only Galaxy Cruises that managed to actually book me one, and it was Ricky to be specific. He was a great help, he attended to all my need and managed to get me a great Cabin.

Adam Jones was by far the friendliest…

Adam Jones was by far the friendliest and helpful cruise company rep I have ever seen. Nothing was any trouble, phoned or emailed when he said he would, went above and beyond to satisfy a particularly awkward ask of mine which 3 other cruise companies either said was impossible or just failed miserably. A true gem of a guy. Thank you Adam.

Clearer information needed at times.

Felt like I had to really explain exactly what I needed a few times so far. Information a bit lacking. But apart from that all going well. Not finished with booking yet but have 9 months to go before cruise lol.!

Excellent service on first booking with Galaxy

I have not used Galaxy cruises to book a holiday before but previous reviews were good and I found the online chat with follow up email helpful. I then had a telephone conversation to book my cruise and answer any questions with the same agent the following day. As the cruise is within 90 days the full amount of the holiday needed to be paid at time of booking but I received an immediate receipt of payment and then all holiday confirmation and travel arrangements within an hour, as stated by the agent.

Brian at Galaxy cruises is the reason I booked

I came across galaxy cruises by chance and as I had been looking to book a cruise for six people worth over Β£13000.00 was sceptical at first but I spoke with Brian who was both very informative but also put my mind at ease. Galaxy proved to be very competitive but it was Brian's helpfulness which made me decide to go with them other than the cruise company I have used for years. We have booked an Asian cruise and stay and brian has even said we can change hotels if we change our minds prior to going on the holiday! Nothing so far has been too much trouble. I will write a review after our stay in january and let you know how it went, but so far it has been a brilliant service. :) Sandra Cremin
