Clearer information needed at times.

Felt like I had to really explain exactly what I needed a few times so far. Information a bit lacking. But apart from that all going well. Not finished with booking yet but have 9 months to go before cruise lol.!

Quick response

Once enquiry was sent ,didn't have to wait long for response. Could choose time of day for call back which suited you. Booking was easy and so far aftercare and communication very good.
