I have contacted almost all companies to book me on the Norwegian Cruise and they all apologized and said the Cruise was full. Yeh had lots of contact with Ziya plenty of phone calls emails. Everything outlined clearly about the holiday we were looking at. Very happy with the service provided.

Excellent service , friendly staff ( Ziya ) who was very helpful and patient also contacted family members to assist them in joining us on this holiday . The total cost seems reasonable for what is involved.

We booked a cruise in December to go in January but I’m sorry to say we have had to chase up for our tickets when they didn’t arrive and left messages three times on voicemail but no one got back to me. Also we were very disappointed in both hotels we were booked into before and after the cruise and got no help when I emailed regarding this. The cruise was amazing but the hotels spoilt our “holiday of a lifetime”. Sorry, but I would not use Galaxy Cruises again.

What started off as an enquiry led to us ultimately booking a cruise within a few hours. Adam was SO helpful and explained everything in detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him at all. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the trip I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again. He’s an asset to the company. ( I was looking to go with another cruise company) however the way Adam dealt with the enquiry swayed the decision and that’s why it was booked with Galaxy cruises. I really didn’t expect anyone to be working New Year’s Day and that was when my enquiry was made. I’m very happy and can’t wait to visit Japan.
