Freightera now is professional and more reliable

Excellent service. Easy to get a quote by website.

My parcel was scheduled to be picked up on October 25th but the carrier did not show up. I contacted customer service on your website and chatted with a customer service rep who said that they might have not had time and that the pick up will be made on the 26th. Again, the carrier did not show up. I contacted customer service again, and I was told that picks up and deliveries are not guaranteed. I am very disappointed with this service. My customer is expecting their order this week and I risk having the order cancelled due to this issue. I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received this time. I am considering finding another third party for my shipping needs.

This was my first time using their services and I must say that the staff, from my account mananger to the driver who delivered the shipment, were very nice and helpful. They made the extra effort to ensure I was satisfied. It was a pleasure working with them amd I would not hesitate to do so again.

Freightera is a life saver when UPS or other popular curriers are too expensive. Within a couple of minutes you can get and compare prices. After 3 deliveries done with them I'm always super satisfied with the service. All of the customer service agents are friendly, and do their job really well. The only issues I've had have been with the curriers not updating their tracking info, and each time I've inquired I've heard back with updated tracking from Customer Service, usually within 1 day of inquiring. Every package so far has been delivered within 1 day of my desired delivery date. I will continue to use them for all my LTL needs!

Great website, very quick and easy to bring a skid from USA to Canada. The best rates I could find.

We're using Ecwid as our ecommerce platform. There is no integration between freightera and ecwid which forces us to manually enter and quote all shipments and parcels. Other than the integration issue the platform is great, nice to see multiple prices in one shot.

Discovered freightera on a google search when looking for an LTL logistics company and it offered incredible value. Was able to find a shipping rate more than 30% less than I was quoted elsewhere, with a faster timeline, and their support team was responsive and amazing the whole way through. Highly recommended!
