The support I received from freightera was just great any questions or concerns were dealt with straight away the staff are friendly patient and efficient the best experience we have had in the shipment of goods.
what should of been picked up same day took 3 days for a time sensitive shipment. The internal team didn't tell the same story. Misled. Price was good was the only reason we used. Hopefully better next time.

I contacted Freightera via their website for a personal LTL shipment from Canada to the USA. They called me back quickly and have been very good with communication, fast support, and professional advice. Not knowing much about logistics, I picked the most recommended (and cheapest) carrier based on the Freightera proposal ranking. The pick-up, communication, and shipment went very well also with the carrier. Freightera kept following through until the pallet got delivered. I will use Freightera again for any potential shipment in the future.
Was not informed that the carrier we selected was not capable of doing this pickup in the timeframe we requested. No one from Freightera or the carrier contacted us to notify us of this until I reach out to them asking when the goods would have been picked up. Only then were were we informed that this pickup could not be completed on the day we requested. Really poor communication here.
We are satisfied with the service. However we would like to have net 30 day terms without having to give a credit card in guaranty. This can sometimes cause a double payment and administrative problems for us. Otherwise, great service.

the website is great for comparing price and service levels and the support team has been fantastic whenever I need something "outside the box". I use it nearly every day and have saved thousands of dollars over the past couple of years.
Wonderful customer service
Everything went very smoothly other than our customer not being called for a delivery appointment. He was called the morning of and told the driver would be there in a few hours. This caused a great deal of inconvenience as he was at a customer location vs at the delivery address.

Freightera was responsive to me as a customer in providing quotes and arranging for pick up and delivery. Straightforward and honest in pricing and made billing easy by not referring me, the customer, to a third party for billing/payment. I had bad experience with a different logistics company where one transaction led to three different payments, a commission to the logistic company, 2nd payment to a middle man (broker) and 3rd payment to the Driver. That was excruciating to a busy person like me. I have used freightera's service many times and will keep using the company as long as their service remains this good.
