My package went to the wrong location initially. I don't fault Freightera, but rather the company that was delivering it. Freightera kept in constant communication with me and arranged for the delivery to be sent to the proper location at no additional charge.
The great online system is second to no other freight company from Quoting, BOL and tracking.
