Shipment set ups are easy, the customer service is always on point. I've used Freightera for a few years and no complaints from me!

I was pleased to use Freightera's services again as our business has had success with booking freight shipments through their services. Great customer service along with quick responses to any questions I have had. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to any small business looking for some help with their logistics.

The best in the business that I worked with. I have worked with many big names out there and all the Carriers have the same issues but what puts Freightera apart as a broker is the customer service. Although the carrier lost my shipment or the delays with shipments (which is not the broker's fault) but the customer support went out of their way to help and resolve the issues. A better user interface though would be great.

This is the third time I have had issues booking with Freightera and having a carrier actually show up / get my labels within a reasonable amount of time. Very disappointed and will be cancelling my subscription.

Quotes recieved on the website are not accurate. How can I retrieve a quote, then offer that rate to my customers, and then be told a couple hours after booking that the carrier won't take my load, and i'm forced to rebook for 30% more. When I book through our usual truck broker, the rates they quote are vetted and verified, and never change after booking.
