I used Freightera for the first time to facilitate a deliver from the manufacturer to my home business. The online process was straight forward, even though I hadn't facilitated any shipment before. The pricing was also a big savings, more than 50% savings over what I had been quoted by the shipper. Getting instant quotes is a great service. Freightera also stays involved with the process all the way through to the delivery and follows up to make sure that you are satisfied. I look forward to using Freightera again in the future.

The web site is unable to supply the staus of my shipment. I click on request tracking and get told and email will be sent shortly. 24 hours later still no email and no delivery. Great concept poorly executed Update it seems the carrier was not fully integrated in their tracking system and once the situation was escalated I was given daily up dates. We like the concept and will give them a few more tries but have black listed Kindersley
