Order# 22086711687 In the quotation page, we selected carrier offer earlier ETA with higher rate. However, after we booked shipment and paid for the freight, the carrier advised 7 days delay against original quoted ETA. The estimated delivery is Jun 06 and the shipment is still not yet delivered till now... It is discouraged us to use Freightera again!

Freightera took my booking and payment, went to collect the load and told me that it had been picked up by another shipper. I only contacted Freightera about this shipment, but now I am paying for a truck ordered and not used, through no fault of my own, as well as waiting for response from the Freightera team about processing my refund.

Shipping can become a daunting task to an uninitiated person sitting in Burnaby, BC, Canada who needs to ship an occasional piece of machinery brought in from east coast USA. But I booked it on Freightera and it's on its way. I needed some help with the class and NFCA coding and the help desk resolved it for me. Now that the shipment has been picked up, I have received an email confirming that and a link to track the shipment.
