Lady on the checkin boot shared her hotspot in order for me to connect to my credit card app to make adjustments on my limit. No forcing or getting any insurance at all. They let me choose what car is available on the specified lot which is somehow an “upgrade” on what I initially booked. Return was smooth and car is in great condition (ODO reading 54k mileage). Shuttle driver helps with loading/unloading of the luggage.

Never use FOX or EuropeCar! I booked a car via Rentalcars with all possible insurances but yet to face no other choice than to accept to purchase same insurance at my destination or no car. In fact they said it’s nothing to do with them despite my booking. The total amount for my rental ended to be almost three times the value compared to my initial booking with same coverage. Rentalcars are aware of this trick and write upon booking the following: “At the rental desk you will be offered an equivalent product to this one but it will less inclusions and it will cost twice the price. With your protection you can say “no” to the hard sell for collision damage waivers or similar excess reduction products at the pick up desk - you’re already protected”. Wrong!!!
This was my first time renting a car from an airport service. It was super easy. The line was a bit long at pickup. Roughly 25 mins. They gave me a free upgrade to the luxury class! I got a 2023 Chrysler 300S with only 4K miles. It was fun playing with all the tech and integration for 11 days and it only cost 235 bucks. After reading a few 1 star reviews I wanted to add some info about my payment experience. I prepaid the rental with my mom’s debit card on Expedia. I used my credit card for the 150.00 deposit. They only held the funds for about 7 days before releasing the deposit(while I still had the car for 3 more days). They tried to upsell insurance and refueling. I declined both and didn’t pay an extra cent. I refueled for 3.50/g they offered to do it for 4.30. I spent 4 bucks at the self car wash vacuuming the muddy carpets and hosing off 10 days of mud and snow before I dropped it off. The guy walked around the car and said I’m good. They emailed me a receipt within 10 mins that said I owe nothing more. 235 for 10.5 days. 400 miles cost me 70 bucks in fuel.

It was a very good car. The interior of the car could have been a little bit cleaner, especially the seats, but it was okay. Relatively easy pickup and dropoff. This was my second time, and there is always a little bit of waiting to pickup the car as they are busy, which is understandable. Overall, good experience, and I will continue to rent from them. If they read this review, one suggestion I have is to provide insurance at a better rate. There is an insurance you can purchase online that is over $10 less expensive but it is through a 3rd party. It would make it easier to just get the insurance from FOX for only a couple of $ more. Thank you,

Molto scorretti e TRUFFATORI! Al ritiro dall'auto già pagata ci volevano vendere di tutto e con molta insistenza dicevano che l’assicurazione, che già avevamo aggiunto dal sito, non era sufficiente negli Stati Uniti, proponendo un’ulteriore accredito che abbiamo rifiutato. Il giorno della riconsegna dell'auto, a pochi chilometri dall’aeroporto, l’auto si è rotta: l’acceleratore non funzionava più e l’auto vibrava molto; abbiamo rischiato grosso con tutte le altre auto che sfrecciavano attorno ma siamo riusciti ad arrivare ad un piccolo parcheggio a bordo strada. Con le valigie, a piedi, siamo arrivati al nostro hotel e abbiamo telefonato al call center per far chiamare un carro attrezzi. Ci ha intimato di tornare all’auto altrimenti sarebbe risultato abbandono di veicolo e così abbiamo fatto. Poco dopo è arrivato il carro attrezzi. Nella ricevuta, che abbiamo avuto via mail qualche giorno dopo, ci hanno messo in conto due giorni di riconsegna tardivi con addebiti e extra vari. Abbiamo scritto al servizio clienti dicendo che l’auto era stata presa dal carro attrezzi tal giorno circa alle 21.30 e che non avremmo dovuto pagare nessun giorno extra. Ci hanno risposto che non era possibile perché la nostra chiamata risultava alle 21.30. Ho inviato loro la foto dell'auto sul carro attrezzi delle 21.58, non ho più avuto nessuna risposta… Abbiamo pagato 165€ in più per un’auto che non avevamo e che era rotta!!!! Questa è una truffa!!!!
Everything was great! Great attitudes at pickup snd return. . The women that drove the shuttle to the airport was the BEST! Good spirits, personable and helpful. She would make me go back!!
