Bought office 2019 back in 2019 ish when it was new, continues to work well to this day.
Had a problem with activation by Microsoft and was worried about FAST. One email from David, and one short phone call later and all was successfully concluded. Thank you David.
I had an issue with my Product Key for Office 2019 Pro. I contacted Customer Care and David responded within the 24 hour response time. David was very helpful and guided me to resolve my issue. I've been purchasing software from Fast Software the past 2 years or so and well continue to do so. Thank you again David for all your help!

Order number: 55314 How would I sum up my dealings with this company... an absolute joke. I had previously purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student for Mac in September 2019. This purchase stated the licence is a lifetime use and could be transferred. I recently purchasing a new laptop and attempted to transfer the license from my old laptop to my new device. It became immediately apparent that there was an issue. I first tried to contact Fast Support via the live chat function to resolve this issue but this was unsuccessful (the chat function was disabled as soon as I raised my query). I successfully contacted Microsoft who were able to shed some light into the issue. I provided Microsoft with the product key which was supplied by fast software. Microsoft performed a remote session on my old apple device. They discovered that the product key previously supplied is intended for a Windows device. The only reason why this previously worked and originally activated was because it was using the Volume license which is supposedly intended for company use. In light of this discovery I am unable to use this on my new MacBook Pro. Microsoft stated that I should consider the product key I have right now as useless if I insist to use it on my new MacBook. I have since tried to resolve this with fast software by emailing them directly. However, they have failed to acknowledge my two separate emails so far. I would strongly urge other potential customers to avoid using this company. I will update this review if Fast Software contact me. *UPDATE* Fast software have since contacted me due to the review which I have submitted. They have requested further information which I have provided to them. I will continue to share my experience via this review. *UPDATE* Fast software have since provided me with a new licence key and this one has now worked. Star rating revised from 1 star to 4 star (would have been higher if they would have replied to me without having to publicly raise this issue).

Paul, on the support desk, provided me with clear instructions an how to install Office Pro 2019 and enter my license key, after the initial attempt failed. He then directed me to Microsoft's phone support line when that failed. Microsoft support provided me with an activation key that has allowed me to activate the software successfully. It is disappointing that the license key did not work first time, but the resolution was not too difficult.
I just purchased the Office Home and Student 2019 and installed successfully with registration. Genuine company and great service. In particular, David was very helpful.

Purchased a Office Professional 2019 license. Had some issues with a previous install, but David from customer care was very helpful and I've got everything sorted out in a timely manner.
David from Live chat was excellent at helping find a lost invoice. No problems with the software, bug free etc. just as good as paying 5 times as much through the official Microsoft website/sources.
I purchased Microsoft Office Professional with a Lifetime License. The download worked fine but when I entered the Product Key an on screen message from Microsoft said the Product Key had been activated the maximum number ot times. I then contacted Fastsoftware who instructed me to try again but this time activate over the telephone and they blamed Microsoft saying they were having Activation issues. I activated the software over the telephone and it appears to be all ok. However I purchased this software with a lifetime license and it now transpires that the license is attached to the pc, not to my personal Microsoft account, so if the pc fails or if I decide to replace it I will no longer have a license to this software. My understanding of a lifetime license was that as a user I was entitled to install and use this software on one pc (not multiple) but that the license would still be linked to me and I could install the software again if my current pc became redundant and was not using the software. This has always been the case when I have purchased a one user piece of software on a lifetime license in the past, the license has been linked to me as a user, not to my elderly pc. So beware if you expect this license to be of use to you in the future, the term "Lifetime" is very misleading and Fast Software were not remotely interested in the comment to this effect.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student from Fast Software but had a problem when I tried to download it from Microsoft as there was a problem with the Licence Key, I contacted Fast Software with the problem and David responded very quickly with a new licence key and very detailed instructions plus a Youtube guide to follow and everything download successfully, David was superb and I can't thank him enough.
run away and don't look back! worst experience ever! i paid for a mac license of office and was sold a license for windows 10. It wasn't until i spent an hour on the phone with microsoft to confirm this. no license or patch i applied from the fast software support dept was going to help my issue obviously!
