I bought 3 dresses on the 12th July and they were returned the next day at the time of writing this review I still haven't received a refund or any communication from the company after 2 emails to customer service. The quality of the dresses was not what I expected for the price and that's why I returned them but this is nothing in comparison to the returns process. I just want a refund so I can close any dealings with them so disappointed because they look so different onlne. Edited score as I have received a refund but still disappointed with purchase.

I shopped through Debenhams website. The dress is poor quality and the delivery company is absolutely uncomfortable to use. They are going to charge me for delivery back. Ridiculous. Nobody does that, especially for returns. I’m waiting 7 days for refund. Nothing worse than this company!

Great fit - go off their recommendations on size for what you enter - arrived yesterday (a little slow) but a perfect fit. Not bad quality at all for what you pay. Looks like photos

I ordered 3 dresses to try on for a wedding I was attending. They arrived quickly and each one fitted beautifully. I only intended on keeping one but decided to keep two! The returns process was straightforward, I emailed them to ask for a QR code as I don’t have a printer and I received my refund promptly once they had received the dress back to the warehouse. 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to buying more in the future.

I wasn’t overly keen on the dresses once I took them out of the parcel (I bought 3) I thought for the price they would have been of a better quality. I gave them a try on just in case they were better once on. I bought the 16 going on size guide. Totally wrong fit if your tall (5’8) Looked like a right Wally. Sending back seemed quite straight forward but only did this yesterday

I sillyly ordered the wrong size and paid for next day delivery as I needed it for a weekend away. I emailed fashion szn as soon as I realised and they sent someone over to the actual warehouse to change the dress for the correct size and the dress still came the next day, correct size and everything! Blown away by the customer service! Recommend to anyone! Brilliant company to deal with!! 🤗

The skirt was far too big, even for a 16. Trying to return it but still awaiting an email with the QR code for a week now. I found the return process less than clear. Following the response I have replied to the original email to request the QR code be resent. Having now received the QR code its only fair to update my review as I am very happy with the response. I would be happy to use them again.

Having had to return an item as it was not suitable . It's now been over 3 weeks and I still haven't had my full refund of £60 . This is dreadful customer service ,yes 5 to 7 working days is acceptable but three weeks is not .

Made my first purchase last week, A dress for my brothers wedding. Delivery was quick, The dress is perfect! I wouldn't normally wear such a bold colour but it's beautiful and definitely converted me! I will be buying more.

Terrible quality, and the price absolutely doesn’t reflect it. Made an online return which has taken weeks. It’s just been processed and my money may take 10 days to come back to me… there was no delay taking the money.

The material on the dress I ordered was cheap and nasty considering it was £60 with £4.99 delivery Couldn't have wore it More fool me for not reading the returns policy as it costs £2.99 to return also Also awaiting a refund Still awaiting refund as of today 3rd August

Made an order relatively ok dispatch . However the item got lost by DHL which took another 2 days to recover. By this time it was no longer needed so I returned the dress. This is where Fashion SZN is an issue…Returns process is terrible you have to PRINT the form not really with the new way of doing things which is just long. I don’t have a printer so had to go to local library. I returned my item (4th July) and on 7th of July it was confirmed as received. I’m STILL waiting for a refund they state 14 days (in this day & age where rival companies are doing it faster) I returned other items from other brands after this time and received refunds much faster. I just wasted my whole time. They need to revamp their whole entire process especially this dreaded refund which MOST of their complaints are about. Clearly this is an issue that they need to look at and create better systems for (if they take accountability for it) !

Good delivery timing, sizing perfect, dress looks exactly the same as advertised. Very pleased.

Dress size way too small for the sizing label stated. I actually ordered 2 sizes up as I've not used this site before and dress far too small. Not able to return dress as I don't have a printer and the shop keeper at the collection drop off site was not helpful siting she doesn't deal with this company anymore. Too much hassle to return so will just take the loss on the dress but will not be ordering from this company again.

I returned over £100 worth of clothes (2 items) and I still have not had my money back. It has been 15 days today since they received the return. I emailed them on the 11th day and got a reply asking me to give them my return tracking number and I haven’t heard back since even after I chased them again today. I know it says a possible 14 day refund window but have never actually had to wait that long from anywhere else before. Desperate for my money back!!! Update: I received another confirmation of refund which could take another 10 days to get into my bank account - I still don’t have my money back.

Awful clothing. I have a short body and even then the swimming costume did not come up high enough to cover my boobs, despite being too big in the body on me. Absolute joke!!! Returns are sh*t. Using stupid inpost locker that hasn’t sent me my codes and aren’t being helpful. I ordered from boohoo, if I’d known it was going to be a different company with different returns procedure I wouldn’t have bothered. Give up making clothing you aren’t any good at it
