Made a return for two dresses on behalf of my mum on the 23/06, to which they replied they had received on the 27/06 and it would take upto 14 days for a refund and we would receive further correspondence which we have not to even say the return was received. I have since emailed twice and not had any response to my emails now which I don’t think is very professional not sure why it is so difficult to simply email somebody back.

I can’t speak to the quality or fit of the dress itself but I would say that I ordered a dress on 7/2/2025 and paid for ‘tracked delivery within 7 days’. On 7/2/2025 my package does show that it was created by Fed Ex but that it is still in Milton Kings GB as of this morning. Disappointed because I purchased it for an out of state wedding this weekend relying on their original delivery estimate. Here we are 6 days later and it hasn’t even left Great Britain. I reached out to their customer service to get a delivery estimate on 7/4 and was asked to confirm the size so that it could be shipped. What the heck? So now I’m starting to think I was scammed and I guess will contact my AMEX card. And even if the dress does make it here, it will be far too late for the wedding. I would say definitely don’t rely on their shipping estimate. I will update later if I actually receive the dress. Guess I’m shopping tonite at our mall :(

Was a little apprehensive about ordering after a couple of negative review but I’m so pleased I did, I ordered several dresses as was unsure of sizes with it being my first order needless to say I only ended up returning one lol I had no issue with returning the dress or getting a refund and the customer service was excellent, so please with myself for not being put off from negative reviews and will certainly be ordering in the future and would definitely recommend 😁

I purchased a dress ,which did not arrive. I have asked for a refund and this company has stopped answering my emails. I will open a dispute with PayPal to get my money refunded. Update……4/07/2025 Fashion szn contacted me by email and informed me they would issue me a refund, will update when this happens.

Honestly love the products but had to return some items and it was not an easy process . Only option inpost - I don’t have a printer - so have to get a print out (had to pay for this) so will be very careful if I order again - so much easier if they could use PO for returns who print the label for you .

The dress was lovely, just didn’t suit me, the only disappointment is that it has taken nearly 4 wks to acknowledge my return and will be up to another 10 days for the refund to be processed, just feels a little bit long in comparison to other sites.

Terrible experience! After making a couple of orders I needed to make returns. I was annoyed to discover I had to pay £2.50 per return for postage (frustrating but it happens). I returned my items and the 14 day window for refund comes and goes with no money returned. I then emailed to chase my refund, I didn’t get a response but I got two emails to confirm that my refund had been processed but it would take up to 10 DAYS to reach my account!! So I paid to return my items and have had my money held hostage for a month. Save your money and shop elsewhere. (I am still to recover my money)

Terrible company. Returned a dress over 14 days ago and still have not had a refund. Have tried contacting them they don’t reply. Nearly £50.00 still out of pocket. Absolute joke. No contact number and can’t speak to anyone. Disgusting treatment of a customer. Would never recommend or buy anything here again. Edited xxxxxx Now received numerous messages as I have complained. They have tried to make amends and rectify but it still shouldn’t take a bad review just for a company to take a customer concern seriously. They wanted me to take down the review but I am sorry it is in my opinion too little too late. The employee I spoke too was helpful but as I say I think it was only due to a bad review.
