Missing dress delivered in a dirty bij
It is not your fault directly but Royal Mail did not deliver my parcel. The dress was purchased through Bohoo whom I have not been able to refund my 53 pounds for me. It took a long time for me to get through to a real human. I haven't got a designated safe place for my deliveries, and I certainly haven't said my orders should be left in a dirty bin. I would kindly like my money refunded. I didn't receive the first dress to Royal Mail"s error so I bought a replacement. The dress is beautiful and the second delivery went smoothly. The problem is my 53 pound reimbursement.
