Lovely garment but unfortunately not for me . Have been sent return label and hope return goes easily

Ordered 3 dresses which turned up quickly. Wanted to return all three for which the process was also straightforward however 2.5 weeks in still waiting for refund. Had e mail confirmation to advise my goods had been received and I would receive a refund in 14 days. Duly waited my 14 days only to receive nothing. Chased them only to be advised that my refund was only processed on the day I chased. This was then followed by another e mail saying I would need to wait up to 10 days to receive it.!!! Quick enough yo take your money but slow at returning it. I am not convinced that had i not chased i would have received it at all. Also can't work out how they calculated the refund value! I would not use again. Now to top it off they have messaged me to take down the review and offered me some money off and to reimburse shipping fees. Not great!!

Purchased from Fashion SZN through Boohoo. Fashion SZN confirmed they have received the package however refuse to provide a refund so now I am out the cost of the dress and have no good. Absolutely terrible company and would avoid at all costs. In response to FashionSZN the only way to return an item purchased via boohoo is to contact you directly and request a QR code for a return you don't automatically provide this to try and make returning as difficult as possible. Your website shows the return was received and no refund was processed. Despite emailing the address given a refund has still not been processed in over 19 working days and counting.

Love love love these dresses , light, no crease fab gorgeous design that covers your bottom and belly in a way it magically hides them. So many compliments from everyone and washes well! Love it mesh dresses best design ever! I have the rose one and leopard print

Arrived on time

3 off the items were badly made , there was puckering on the front edge of a blouse ,and on 2 cardigans . The remaining items were ok ,a skit and a top were fine

Returned a dress on the 28th January, no refund yet ?? Obviously influencers don’t have to return and so aren’t aware of the delays in refunds ?

Ordered several dresses have tried to return but the website keeps saying error code when I submit the refund and won't let me have a refund label

I returned the dresses I ordered as they did not fit well, they were received back at Fashion-SZN on 20th January. It is now 5th February and I still haven't received a refund. Sent two messages so far their response is it takes upto 14 days to refund. Nothing back so far. How is it most other retailers can refund quickly. Never ordering again.

I was lucky enough to win a giveaway completion for a sample dress, where is was a lucky dip so it was a surprise at what I was receiving! The dress that came was the CURVE TIGER PRINTED BALLOON SLEEVE MESH MIDI DRESS and honestly I am over the moon it was right up my street. The material feels so soft and buttery, the shape is so flattering on my body! I love this dress so much I have purchased another dress with a similar print!

Unfortunately my order never arrived despite notification of 2 day delivery. Customer Service through live chat was helpful and attempted to chase up courier company but item still not arrived. I have now been advised a return will be issued and that company are changing courier so I may try again as clothing looks lovely.

Everything from Fashion SZN is good quality, true to size and flattering. The range is amazing from casual to dressy and everything in-between!
