Jemima is amazing. She is friendly and very professional. She was super thorough with cleaning every room. She moved furniture to ensure she could hoover under our sofa and office desk. In our bathroom after cleaning it immaculately, she organised our kids toys on the side of the bath, she even down set the number blocks in correct sequence. We would highly recommend her.
The cleaner was very pleasant. She did a thorough clean of the house and I would recommend her thoroughly.
Please pay attention to your bank account and number of cleaning sessions. My impression is that Fantastic Services are dishonest and do not keep to the initial contract. Fantastic services took several payment from my cards to pay for a single session. Cleaners are of poor quality and Fantastic services keep rotating them. Some complained to me of poor pay and abuse. Standard are low. Be aware that they'll impress you with the initial contact, kind of too good to be true. Do not fall for the trap as I did and twice!! as they reassured me falsely that management had changed and customer care and honesty then better. all false.
Stefka is very meticulous in her work and always keeps time. Her pace of work is very fair and she is willing to learn and to deliver her best .

Do not use them. Website doesn't work. I selected a same day slot. It said one slot available so I booked it. But unknown to me the system ended up pushing me into the next time slot at 8am the next day. I tried to contact them via the web chat with no response. Also their telephone line is fully automated so it is impossible to speak to a human. Managed to get through to someone after hours of trying. Was told I can rearrange but I'd have to pay £70 fee to move it even though the fault is with their website. Very poor customer service. No attempt to help me to resolve the situation. They said if I am unable to make the appointment I can leave my key under the mat to allow for access!!! I've now had to rearrange my entire working week to accommodate.

An excellent experience using fantastic services and the 2 guys they sent Stoyan Petar. I wasnt there as it was my mums place so I was a bit worried but the men were highly communicative throughout the three hours, keeping me updated and did a bloody brilliant job of clearing a big and overgrown garden. Not a weed left in sight . Would absolutely use them again if they sent the same team. I saw the neighbour the next day and he also said the guys did a great job and worked really hard. Thank you
