Fantastic Services

I usually use Fantastic for gardening services but there was a problem recently which I complained about to customer services and I received an extremely helpful response from Stacey Moore who went out of her way to put things right and I really do appreciate her help and excellent customer service skills...so have increased my rating to four stars.

Great experience with Diyan. Very professional and helpful and is an expert in what he does.

Cleaner arrived promptly and was very friendly and respectful. She got straight to work. Our house was fairly clean but hadn’t had a deep clean in a while. She grafted for just over 5 hours and the house was spotless when she was done. She’d even dealt some barely-there dirty water streaks on some new wardrobes we’ve had installed that I’d kept meaning to give a wipe with a clean cloth but not got around to. The bathroom in particular was done to a very high standard, especially when you consider we have an old very awkwardly shaped quadrant showered with way too many pieces, nooks and crannies to it for dirt to gather in!

Excellent oven cleaning service! My double Bosch oven was in a terrible state and the Fantastic team did an amazing job and left it looking like new. Fair price, easy booking, professional, meticulous and punctual - I wouldn’t hesitate to book again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I logged my first service request the team have been amazing. I received call to ensure they understood the request, asked follow up questions and explained how the service will work. They followed up before and after the service to make sure I was prepared and happy with the results. They care about their customers and like to make sure they receive the best service possible.

Alex was fantastic highly recommended he and his colleague Alvin went above and beyond they even offered suggestions on where to best layout thr furniture and couldn't be more considerate while packing.

Very efficient and polite. Worked really well and did an excellent job job. Would highly recommend him.

LOVETH was a professional and friendly cleaner. She did and excellent job of our bathrooms and kitchen and making the rest of our home feel clean, fresh and new. I felt comfortable having her in our home given i had not met her before and would definitely use her service again. Thank You! :)

I have been with Fantasitc for a few years now. Their services is like hit and miss depending what people they sent to you. So far their own service is not bad as an agent. However today I was really furious about their service. Wasting my whole morning waiting for a 4.5 hours 8-12:30 open window and finally in the third call I made (waiting for 10 mins on the phone for them to find the gardener) and they told me they couldn’t make it now due to the weather condition. However the fact was, I was up the whole morning since 8am, the weather was dry and occasionally sunshine. This weather continued until 3pm ish. For the whole experience, they didn’t bother to call me back. No one from them called me to update despite promises to call back. Very disappointing. And most importantly, my half Saturday was ruined by them. Now I have escalated this to complaint and see what they will do. I will find and contact the director if they don’t solve this properly. Update: After the episode above, the complaint team contacted me and offered me compensation (which I requested for the very disappointing service). They did try their best to make sure me (their customer) would be satisfy with the outcome and update my review here. Hence I have updated the review to 3* as their customer service trying to make things right for a very frustrated and disappointed customer.

Unprofessional and rude customer service staff. I was considering to use deep cleaning serive from them but one annoying call completely changed my mind.

I requested an oven clean from Fantastic Services, the contractor arrived and broke my oven! I reported this to Fantastic Services and a week later still waiting for them to own up and admit they broke my oven. They are blaming me saying there was something wrong with my oven even though I told them I used it the day before. They haven’t even sent anyone to look at it to assume this. I have had to repair it myself as I need my oven. Do not use this company! It will be an expensive experience! Update - the matter was only resolved because i paid to get my oven fixed. Sorry a hamper doesn’t resolve the matter. The money spent on that was the difference in money you wouldn’t refund me because I wouldn’t send my account details over an open website that anyone could see. I still advise people not to use this company for cleaning ovens

Asen was an excellent handyman .Worked fast, tidily and efficiently . The identified job took less time than anticipated and Asen asked to do other jobs to utilise the time - a real breath of fresh air , as well as being a very nice man .I would definitely use him again Would highly recommend him to others

Another great service from fantastic services. The gardeners work hard and efficiently. I can't fault them! I've booked a regular service with them as a result.
