The two gardeners that came today were outstanding they did an amazing job & were super quick & professional

Very good job, competitive price, easy to arrange, good communication - although there was a small misunderstanding with bag waste sizing. Overall, very much recommend.

This was by far the best gardening duo I have hired from Fantastic. I did have some issues with timing and that was resolved. The end result was amazing.

Georgi and Alexanda are gardeners. They know their craft. They can use their knowledge and know the difference between a cultivated plant and a weed. They scan and use proper garden tools to clear whether unwanted twigs or weeds and most of all they get on with the job at hand. If clearance be, they do. ALSO, they leave the venue clean and tidy having collected the litter on the go. Inside to front door, no mess scattered. They take out the rubbish load. Personally, I am amazed at looking put the window from their job. Even my next door neighbour must be amazed because of the beauty of the clear. They even put proper hidden pots back in place, created a corner store of some garden equipment and did not throw any good stuff. Georgi was discerning. They got on and done it with proper garden tools They knew what they were doing and did not dally. Everything perfect. Their courtesy abounded and they were kind. They did not quibble at the litter load they removed and luckily had the bag to do so. If I had just relied ony black plastic sacks to bag up I think I'd still be here packing it and I'm nearly seventy years of age. Their job, done and cleared to a pre arranged te scale and they kept to it. I've got joy now to look out the window. This team are a credit to Fantastic Services and I wish them my best regards Thankyou@ P.s.....I would use their services again. They are professional. They did not overstep being professional. A more than lovely job.

Christian is a conscientious, thorough, and engaging member of staff who is above all also very likeable.

They did a fantastic work in the heat, even though 2 of their equipment broke and I felt really bad! They said they would come back and fully get rid of some bits that their machine needed to do, but I felt really bad and I think what they did for the garden that had not been touched for over a year, they did absolutely a wonderful job! Thank you!

Arrived promptly very friendly, great communication. Understood what needed to be done and completed all of the tasks to a very high standard. Some of the cleaning went above and beyond and real effort was put into each task. I would certainly recommend this team. Thank you both for an excellent service.

The worst company I have ever used. Let me down over and over again and taking money off my account. I would not recommend them thats for sure. I will be reporting them for just taking money off my work bank card.

We’ve been using Fantastic services for a few of our needs. Gardening, house cleaning, upholstery etc. For the most part, they’ve been reliable and the services are not terrible. However, my issues have been when dealing with the website and customer support when things go wrong with their professionals. The website is outdated and doesn’t let you do simple things like adjust recurring visits. You need to speak to a human to do this. Must result in a crazy overhead costs for the company. The website and app often breaks with the only recourse being waiting on hold for 20 mins to perform a simple action. Whenever I have had a poor service, the professional up charged us and didn’t even do the job. We shared photos of the shoddy work with Fantastic and asked for a refund. They agreed with the sub par work but instead of a refund they offered to send another professional to finish the job. We accepted this, but they sent the SAME professional who was DISGRUNTLED about our feedback and left without doing the job he was re-hired to do. At which point we insisted on a refund from Fantasic but they pressed on and sent another professional who couldn’t find our house. We’re now a few hundred pounds out of pocket and Fantastic’s support team is bouncing us around. Not a great experience and going forward we will not be using this service and instead move to Wecasa who have a more modern interface.

Having just moved into a new house where the previous owners didn’t bother to clean the oven when they left, finally I have had my oven cleaned by the fantastic David ! This was after the first appt a week and half ago was cancelled after a different guy turned up looked at the oven and said it was too dirty to clean and quickly left !! After calling fantastic services they rescheduled and after seeing photos promised that my oven wasn’t too dirty and would be cleaned by the next person. David was punctual, efficient, polite and really did everything to clean the oven. An absolute pleasure and I would definitely let him come back to clean the oven again !! The first guy wasted my time and potentially could have wrecked the reputation of fantastic services by his attitude so it’s good David has now saved their reputation!
