Customer Service people were very nice…

Customer Service people were very nice and tried to be helpful, but they really didn't have much knowledge about the product. For practical reasons, I've made 3 phone calls and sent 2 emails and I still haven't received the invoice for the parts I need to complete my installation. So besides the filters I haven't even made a purchase yet, but I'm trying. I was disappointed that I haven't even had an email reply to my questions regarding the product and it's parts. After my last phone call, I was supposed to get an email invoice so I could buy the parts. That never came either. But thanks anyways, PS the date below is in the middle of several interactions between 2/22 and maybe 3/3 2025
