Hire more staff. Too busy and don’t get items ordered.

Ordered $600 worth of filters and two new system sets and after a month have yet to receive it. Keep getting messages you are extremely busy. Then hire more staff. Consumers are getting very upset with paying top dollar and not getting item or services it paid for from companies. Read the room. Paying top dollar and not getting items is a deplorable way to run the business.
