This Company is dreadful. It’s a scam. We went with these people because we were desperate to sell our house,so we could move closer to my wife’s new grandson.they Promised they would sell the house within 30 days? Although they made a sign a contract for 16 weeks. after a few weeks I received a telephone call from the sale agent saying that there is a four bedroom house in the same area that has gone for less money so we need to consider reducing the asking price. We reduced the asking price by £30,000, we had one viewing! two weeks later the same Agent called me again and said exactly the same, there is a 4 bedroom property in your area that is selling for a much lower price which we consider loading the price! I was shocked and pointed out to the girl that this is exactly the same conversation. We had two weeks earlier when we dropped it for 30 grand. I said if we lower it, I would give you two weeks to sell the house? I don’t spoke to a manager Who said under no circumstances could we leave in two weeks time? Moreover that we were tidying into a 16 week contract. I pointed out to the manager that he promised that they could sell our house within the first 30 days. Why is the contract so long, he said to me that they sell 93% of their properties within 30 days however we fall within the 7%. So my answer was you might as well let us leave them because you are not going to be able to sell our house unless we drop it by another £30,000. We never spoke again and they appointed a different agent to help with the sale of our house. Few days later the agent contacted me saying that they were going on annual leave for two weeks, as we only had four weeks left so we could get out of this dreadful contract! These people have no morals at all and could not care less about the owners of the property they just want the commission on any price for your house. If you don’t listen to all the negative feedback about this company, you will find yourself in the same position as we did. I would highly recommend avoiding this type of company at all costs. The remaining time of our contract we received no contract from this so called agency! We have now instructed a high Street estate agent to take over the sale of our house! And this nightmare is now over… read all the feedback for this company and act accordingly!!!
