Nik was very professional and talked me through all the benefits of trying another agency . He explained things in a simple understanding way with out all the jargon. There was no pressure and Nik did point a few things out to me that were very important and that I hadn’t picked up on.

Early contact was difficult before we eventually made contact with Ryan Dillon who was responsible for the property we wished to view. From that moment onwards, Ryan was very quick and helpful as we had limited time to view over a weekend, living some distance from the property.

Really poor service for buyers. Very difficult to reschedule/cancel viewings - links on website don't work properly, e-mail address on site doesn't work (bounces back). As soon as they have your contact info, you'll be bombarded with e-mails and phone calls offering to value/buy your house, even after making it clear that you're not interested.

Today I spoke to Brittany. She was intelligent, polite, tolerant and very informative. I felt relaxed talking to her and could tell that she knew what she was talking about and a genuine person. She’s a credit to Express Estate Agency.

Sam was friendly and informative. I hope that all her positive advise pays off.
