sams information was wrong , she plainly knew nothing about my local area . She tried to tell me rightmove only had 24 percent share of uk houses on the market , its more like 85 percent .

Frances was the agent who supported me even when I not believe we’re gonna happen anymore, she been so positive trustful and honest well done Francis thank you so much for the bottom of my heart. Keep going like this and you’re gonna be the famous one.

Our sale went through without a hitch. The team led by Frances were very efficient and kept us up to date with progress. We valued their advice and would recommend their service.

Express Estate Agency Avoid Like The Plague Avoid like the plague. They fill you full of lies and non achievable outcome for the sale of yr home. Make sure you are OK with their 16 wk Contract, even though they state they can easily sell yr home within 30 days because of their 700 odd portals. I got not 1 viewing in over a month, even though they initially stated my property would sell very quickly at the price I chose. Their tactic of sale is to keep dropping the price to start a 'price war' thus raising the price. This wont work for people wanting a mortgage! Their call centre are full of youngsters who know nothing about your property nor your particular area. This was proven when I got a mate to ring to enquire about my property. They couldn't even find my property and hadn't even heard of my town :( They tell you generally that the market is high, or low, but they don't understand that the market is different in different areas. Remember they are based in Manchester!! My Negotiator only called me twice in a month - once to sell their choice of online solicitor (which has bad reviews) and once only after 2 wks to lower the price of my property- contradicting what advice he had given me - that the market is currently slow, so to just sit tight for a bit. On their website it clearly states that a manager will contact you within 24 hours....wrong! I got fobbed off with someone will call me back, that they can't help me and will pass on a message and then finally was told a complaint takes 15 days to resolve. I've since seen many similar reviews to mine. Look at MSE. Advice - don't use them - just use yr High St estate agents, as they will know yr area far better and their so called 700 portals are BS. Excellent service all round from the moment Ryan was assigned to me regarding my house sale. Very informative, knowledgeable and his honest and genuine approach made the whole process a lot easier for me. Always returned my phone calls, kept me up to date and very professional throughout.

All I can say is "be patient with the process of selling your property". There were times when things were slow, but Lucy at Express was very proactive, and we worked together on various positive talking points to attract more buyers. Finally, after moving the photos around we found "the photo that captured the buyers", and now it is sold stc, and for more than the asking price. There is no catch with Express, they have a strong system in place, and always responded promptly. Lucy is an honest, warm and very good agent. Ask for Lucy!

I am delighted to say that Express EA sold my property, at a price I was happy with in just 5 days. It had sat on the market, with a local estate agent for two and a half years prior to this. I was dubious and sceptical about using them at first as they said they could sell it within 28 days. However, I am delighted with the service and outcome so far, if still a little stunned.
