Terrible. Massive potential for this company and myself to strike a deal but informed the representative (Samantha) that I was short of time, but had 20 minutes to go through everything which in my view is more than enough time to answer any questions and provide me with the offers on all three of my properties. The additional "back-chat" from Samantha was not welcome either.

This company is dynamic ,each member of staff are totally professional clear , precice and very much makes sure i understood the whole process ,nothing was too much trouble for them ,Shane sold my property within a few days ,it was effortless for me

I got the letter for our house read the reviews and were good booked a time got the call at the right time but it took a long time to talk to anyone. What is the point of booking a time if you are not ready to talk. This looks like a mass market exercise not a customised one specially when the property value is over £1m
