From a buyer perspective the process has gone smoothly so far. They have been quick to reply to my enquiry through Rightmove, follow up emails and texts confirming the viewings were efficient. Ryan got back to me really quickly when I provided my feedback on a property and put the offer in and gave me a courtesy call to confirm the details and let me know all the next steps. He called the owner straight away. Overall - friendly, efficient and good customer service experience.
