Terrible attitude over a miscommunication

I understand it was my fault that I did not know it was a video call appointment. I did explain my situation over the phone why I could not make the call / video link. I was in a secure chemical factory. The tone of the conversation changed instantly and found her to be very rude. I did try to work around the fact and was willing to talk and book another appointment. My availability is poor due to my profession. The attitude of this individual would not make me want to even proceed with further sales or recommend this company .
